A SPECIAL NOTE

We wish to thank Tim Reid and Sheryl Lee Ralph for being a part of our cast.  On the set, their wisdom and experience were invaluable.  "The Cost of Heaven" would not have been the same without them.

Tim Reid

It is a distinct honor to have Tim Reid play the part of Richard, the father and business owner in “The Cost of Heaven.”  By agreeing to be an integral part of the cast of “The Cost of Heaven,” this veteran star of stage and screen raised the bar for all involved and helped to bring out the very best in cast and crew.  Mr. Reid is well known for his roles in "WKRP in Cincinnati," and "Simon and Simon."  He has also starred in the critically acclaimed series, "Frank's Place," "Snoops" and "Sister, Sister."

Sheryl Lee Ralph

Actress, singer, author, producer; Sheryl Lee Ralph is a quintessential entertainer.  And she brings her formidable performance skills to full focus as Paulette, the matriarch who holds the family together in “The Cost of Heaven.”

Her break out role came in the Broadway production of “Dreamgirls” which earned her a Tony award nomination.  Ms. Ralph was able to parley her stage success into a successful motion picture career, starring opposite Denzel Washington in “The Mighty Quinn” and with Robert De Niro in “Mistress.”  She also provided her voice for the Disney animated classic, “Oliver and Company.”  Other major films include, “The Flintstones,” and Eddie Murphy’s “The Distinguished Gentleman.”  Ms. Ralph has also enjoyed significant television roles on “It’s a Living,” Designing Women,” “E.R.,” Barbershop” and “Moesha.”
